EASTERN REGIONAL SALES MANAGER The H.W. Wilson Company has been serving the library community for 110 years offering the highest quality reference materials in print and electronic formats on WilsonWeb. The Company is seeking an Eastern Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for database sales growth, directing all sales activities of five (5) database sales representatives in the Eastern and Southeastern United States. Extensive travel is required. Responsibilities include: sales forecasting by account and territory; achieving sales goals by territory and product; developing and managing sales campaigns; analyzing customer accounts; establishing strong relationships with major accounts, networks, and consortia; developing and evaluating staff; attending and making presentations at library conferences; submitting monthly reports; presenting new sales and marketing strategies to senior management. Qualifications include a college degree, and a minimum of five (5) years of recent database sales management experience with extensive knowledge of the electronic library and reference material marketplace. H.W. Wilson Company is offering excellent salary, sales incentive, and benefits including health insurance and four (4) weeks vacation. |
