New Features and New Advanced Search Screen Limiters
Expanded Title Selection
Years of
archival titles (entries from previous editions of your Core
Collection) are now searchable along with the main titles.
Archival titles are noted as such, distinguished from Short List,
Core Collection, and Supplementary titles. You'll no longer be
shown a separate archive database on the database selection
screen.
Search by Level of Selectivity
Take
maximum advantage of the editorial expertise that goes into
compiling the Wilson Standard Catalogs, by narrowing your search
to any of four levels of recommendation: Short List (Most Highly
Recommended titles); Core Collection; Supplementary titles; or
Archival materials (older titles).
"What's New" Query
Find what's been
added to the database in the last week, month, year, etc., or
since the last time you looked. You can also configure the
database to email daily, weekly, or monthly alerts, citing new
materials relevant to your search topic.
Dewey Decimal Classification Ranging
Search by a range of Dewey Decimal Classification numbers, as well
as by specific numbers.
Expanded reading levels
Search any
grade level or range of grade levels from an easy drop down box.
Fiction, Nonfiction, and Biography Limiters
