Although WilsonWeb works well with most commonly used filters, firewalls
and caching servers, the following specific information is provided to
insure the optimal operation of the system.
Caching servers, firewalls, and filters:
For caching servers, firewalls, and filters, the following domain names
must be added to the server's list of non-cache pages. This will ensure
that a current session number is established and fresh pages are brought
to the desktop.

Novell Border Manager
If you use a Novell Border Manager proxy server, one line in your proxy
configuration file must be changed from a zero to a one:
DoNotCacheWhenCookieFound=1

Ezproxy
1) Please enter the following URLs in your firewall (This is requirement
of Ezproxy.)

2) If you have Ezproxy then it handles cookies by modifying ezproxy.cfg in
the following manner:
EZproxy handles this situation by storing all domain-based cookies
directly on the server as part of the user's session information.
Please also make sure to clear the cookies and the cache

For Microsoft ISA proxy,
uncheck the box next to
Cache objects that have an unspecified last modification time.

Squid Proxy
If you have a squid proxy, deny caching on the vnweb.hwwilsonweb.com and
hwrelay.hwwilsonweb.com domains.
