9. Database Usage Input Screen

This report shows the number of searches, the total number of items retrieved, the total number of 0 items retrieved searches, number of citations/abstracts accessed, and the number of full-text articles accessed in a specified month(s) or year for each database. This information can be obtained at the Site, User Group, or Consortium level for a selected database or for all the databases.

Account Type:
Ship to = one account
Bill to = all ship to accounts billed to the Bill to account
Consortium = all account slinked to a sale, usually used for statewide deals with multiple Bill to accounts
