5. Site Administration > Reset Password

After clicking on the Site Administration button, three additional buttons including the Reset Password button will appear in the left toolbar. Click Reset Password if it is not already selected. The purpose of this screen is to allow the library’s system administrator to reset the ID and Password previously entered into the system for all users within their access portfolio. The Reset Password screen, which displays after login, enables the administrator to change the password that corresponds with the normal ID used to access the WilsonWeb system.

Note: The reset password will be the new password the user will use to access WilsonWeb.

1. Enter the ID.

2. Enter the new Password.

3. Enter the new Password again to confirm.

4. Click Modify.

You will receive a message confirming the change.
All password changes are updated immediately on the HW Wilson Access Control system.
