WilsonDisc logo screen reads "There are No Databases available" even though the Wilson CD-ROMs are loaded on the Desktop.

The Wilson CD-ROM loaded on the server has to be named letter for letter according to the volume label on the disc. For example, the volume name for Readers' Guide Abstracts March, 1997 would be "HWWRGACM97". Rename the Wilson CD-ROM on the server according to the disc's volume label. Also, make sure you have the latest version of WilsonDisc installed.

WilsonDisc generates a "No swap directories available..." after a first network install.

This error may generate with WilsonDisc installed on a network. Make sure WilsonDisc has been networked properly. The error may clear after the first initial startup. If the error persists, please contact technical support.

Error "Failed SwapDir 'Dir Create' in GetDirectoryInfo code=5000" generates when WilsonDisc loads. May appear on a machine loading Macintosh At Ease software.
