After moving from Minneapolis, MN to White
Plains, NY, H.W. Wilson began publishing an in-house
newsletter, Wilson Bulletin (1914). This evolved into the
widely circulated professional journal, Wilson Library
Bulletin, in 1934. For the next six decades, up to 1995, WLB
covered the library profession, from profiles on specific
libraries, to biographies of key professionals, to series of
topics of importance in the field of librarianship. The
entire content of WLB is included in Wilson's Library
Literature, Readers Guide, and Education databases, along
with Wilson OmniFile.
We've combed the archives and selected
some articles which display a cross-section of Wilson
Library Bulletin over the years.
