More than a million reviews on
more than 700,000 books are now searchable with the dramatic
expansion of the reference standard Book Review Digest—now
known as Book Review Digest Plus.
Available on WilsonWeb, Book Review Digest Plus draws content from thousands of
periodicals beyond the former base of just 109. What’s more, users
can now retrieve full-text reviews in addition to excerpts and
citations, and--besides general fiction and nonfiction--reference
works, textbooks, and books for children are covered.
An invaluable resource
for literary research, readers’ advisory and collection
development, Book Review Digest Plus lets users search
reviews by keyword, book title, article title, author, source and
much more. "Master" records for each book, linking to
reviews from various publications, make for convenient and
comprehensive searching. A library holdings indicator (linking to
