Databases Link To Ingenta Full Text

Ingenta,

multitude of sources accessible via WilsonWeb's WilsonLink service,
H.W. Wilson today announced. WilsonWeb customers can click from
article citations on WilsonWeb to the full text on Ingenta, courtesy
of the SFX-powered OpenURL linking technology integrated into WilsonWeb at no additional charge. WilsonWeb database subscribers
who have not enabled free subscriber access on Ingenta can also
purchase individual articles from Ingenta for a fee.
Ingenta offers access to nearly 6,000 electronic
full-text titles (and millions of articles), from the world's
leading scholarly and professional publications.
WilsonWeb's full text periodical databases deliver
an abundance of full text articles. However, WilsonWeb also enables
libraries to integrate their OpenURL compliant databases-including Ingenta's-without the expense of installing or maintaining their own
link server. If the full text of a cited article isn't available on
WilsonWeb, the user simply clicks the WilsonLink icon for an
automatic search of all the OpenURL compliant databases to which
the library subscribes, no matter what vendor. This SFX-powered
technology (licensed from ExLibris) delivers convenience and added
value to every WilsonWeb subscription.
