Automatic Z39.50 User Statistics Reports

An important new WilsonWeb enhancement now makes the WilsonWeb Statistics Module more user-friendly for Z39.50 users and others who need reports on Z39.50 searching. WilsonWeb subscribers can now generate their own Z39.50 statistics reports direct from the WilsonWeb Usage Statistics Module: no waiting, and no need to request a report from the Company. They can also schedule automatic Z39.50 reports for monthly or weekly delivery via email, just as they schedule standard statistics reports.

Statistics for Z39.50 searches (including searches via metasearch gateways that use Z39.50) can be viewed separately or mingled with the standard statistics. WilsonWeb administrators can access statistics reports at the new online Technical Support Center (www.hwwilson.com/techsupport), a convenient web hub that brings together all the administrative and technical resources available for WilsonWeb subscribers.
