Christopher Kennedy Appointed H.W.
Wilson Northeast Sales Representative

H.W. Wilson today announced the appointment of Christopher Z.
Kennedy as Sales Representative for the Northeast territory. Mr.
Kennedy becomes the WilsonWeb sales and support contact for
libraries in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode
Island, Vermont, and Washington D.C., reporting to National Sales
Manager Nancy Kolady.
Christopher Kennedy brings extensive experience in
sales, promotion and training to the new post. As Account Manager
for Baker & Taylor Entertainment, he developed and expanded key
accounts through sales and product training campaigns, and provided
hands-on account service and support. He worked with library media
specialists, delivering training in the use of Baker & Taylor online
collection management tools, and created the first Baker & Taylor
school book fair, offering libraries new fundraising avenues. He has
also served as territory manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and
held positions in events management and coaching with athletics
departments at the University of Rhode Island and Bowling Green
State University.
Mr. Kennedy holds a Master of Education degree (summa
cum laude) from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelor
of Science degree (cum laude) from the University of Wyoming.
