H.W. Wilson today announced publication of U.S. National Debate Topic 2005-2006: U.S. Civil Liberties. New in Wilson's popular Reference Shelf book series, the volume focuses on controversies that will be the subject of the upcoming National High School Policy Debate, an annual tournament involving students nationwide.

With reprints of 23 articles from diverse publications, U.S. National Debate Topic 2005-2006: U.S. Civil Liberties offers a balanced sampling of today's opinions on civil liberties, offsetting politically moderate articles with essays from both left- and right-wing sources.
