H.W. Wilson Director Ronald Miller Elected to Beta Phi Mu (Librarians' Honor Society) Executive Board

H.W. Wilson Director of Product Management Ron Miller has been
elected a Director on the Beta Phi Mu National Executive Board.
Established in 1948, Beta Phi Mu is an international librarians'
honor society founded to recognize and encourage scholastic
achievement among library and information studies students.
Membership is by invitation of the faculty from an American Library
Association accredited professional degree program. Mr. Miller is
also President of the New York Theta chapter.
Mr. Miller is one of more than 120 members of the
H.W. Wilson staff with advanced library and information science
degrees. At the Company, he oversees the development of WilsonWeb
database products, including of late such resources as Play Index
on WilsonWeb, Biography Index: Past and Present, Current Issues:
Reference Shelf Plus, and enhancements to the WilsonWeb system.
Mr. Miller is also vice president of the Pratt
Institute School of Information and Library Science Alumni
Association, and holds an MLIS degree from the school. He is active
in NISO and NFAIS, and has worked in libraries at Columbia
University, Nomura Securities, and The Italian Historical Society.
