Dennis J, Dale Joins H.W. Wilson

The H.W. Wilson Company is pleased to announce that Dennis J.
Dale has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr.
Dale is currently President of Dale & Dale Associates, an insurance
brokerage and investment management firm. Active in various civic
and management associations, he serves on the boards of the Rockland
Community College Foundation, the Ramapo Housing Board and the
Foundation for Educational Excellence for the Pioneer Valley,
Franklin County, MA.
Mr. Dale is a graduate of St. John's University
and also holds an MBA from Long Island University.
