National High School Policy Debate--U.S. National Debate Topic
2007-2008: Health Care in Sub-Saharan Africa. Five sections

orphaned children; neglected endemic diseases; problems and
solutions for African health care systems; and the U.S. response, in

condom use, disease and societal taboos, gender roles, the effect of
