New SDI Alert System Sends Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Alerts
of New Information Added to Databases

WilsonWeb users gathering research data can now receive new information via e-mail as it becomes available. A new feature of the WilsonWeb Search History screen, the SDI (Selective Dissemination of Information) Alert system sends daily, weekly, or monthly alerts, citing new articles as the WilsonWeb databases are updated, for up to a year. Users can modify alert settings, delete the alert, or start a new alert at any time.

Links in the e-mail alerts take users directly into WilsonWeb, where they can view the full citation or full text of articles. Links also connect to screens where users can modify the alert settings.

WilsonWeb now offers more than 60 acclaimed reference databases, including the new Science Full Text Select, Book Review Digest Plus, Bibliographic Index Plus, and Biography Index: 1946 to Present. For more on WilsonWeb, visit www.hwwilson.com.
