Convenient New Interlibrary Loan Feature for
WilsonWeb 2.5
New York, New York, September 6, 2005
WilsonWeb databases now feature a new Interlibrary Loan (ILL) button
that automatically populates the library's ILL form with bibliographic
data from cited articles. From there, users need only enter their
personal information (or other information as required locally),
saving time and errors. Library administrators can also replace the
button with their own icon, change the label, and deliver customized
messages in the associated tool tip.
The new ILL feature is just one of many WilsonWeb
enhancements introduced with
Version 2.5. Others include automatic formatting of bibliographies
(using two popular standards, Modern Language Association and American
Psychological Association), and a new option to export records
directly to popular bibliographic software packages: EndNote and
RefWorks.
WilsonWeb now offers more than 60 acclaimed
reference databases, including the new Book Review Digest
Retrospective: 1905-1982, Education Index Retrospective: 1929-1983,
and Science Full Text Select, as well as classic resources such as
Readers' Guide to Periodical Literature and Current Biography.
