This distinguished Advisory Committee assists in compiling a list of recommended additions to Senior High Core Collection. That list is then submitted to a group of experienced librarians—familiar with the needs of children and representing diverse geographical areas—who vote on which titles to include. In most cases their vote represents the composite judgment of a number of their colleagues.
